  3. GENERAL HEALTH REASON:

  5. Frequent upper respiratory infections and colds may increase chances of infections especially with extended wear.

  7. Allergies such as hayfever, asthma, 
  8. and allergic rhinitis makes lens wear
  9. uncomfortable for seasonal allergies
  10. patients may have to discontinue 
  11. wear at certain times.
  12.  
  13. Dermatological problems such as 
  14. atopic eczema, psoriasis and 
  15. acne rosaea.
  16.
